Magdeburg Water Bridge can legitimately claim to be a revolutionary breakthrough in the construction of the bridge. The idea of building a waterway bridge linking Berlin with ports on the Rhine, its origin in the distant 1870. Before the creation of a specific project, it came only in 1920.
