A university professor in Beijing Zhang Lin built a mountain villa dream on the roof of a typical high-rise building without permission from the Chinese authorities. Local media, including South China Morning Post reported that the man spent six years creating the structure with fake rocks, but real trees and artificial landscape grass.The covers the entire roof 1000 square meters of the tower, but officials urban management said the owner of the structure is illegal and issued him an ultimatum to prove that it was built with permission of clean government or dismantled within 15 days.
